After installing RAIDXpert2, the drivers get installed, I then reboot and, surprise, the RAID0 virtual drive appears, so not really sure why it won't work during the Windows 10 Install. I then installed Windows 10 on my 3rd 2TB 970 Evo NVMe. If I try loading rcraid a second time, I then get a blue screen on the Windows install. I figured that maybe it also needed the rccfg driver, which I load, and still no virtual drive. It takes roughly 7 minutes to load and, to my surprise, no virtual drive is showing after it finished. I then proceed to load the rcbottom driver, it loads pretty fast, both NVMes dissapear ofc, then I proceed with loading the rcraid driver. I proceed with loading Windows 10 圆4 Pro OS install, when I get to the drives, both NVMe's show up there. I set up my RAID 0 in the RAIDXpert Utility in the BIOS, everything looked good. Used the latest download on Windows 10 ISO. The RAID 0 consists of 2 Samsung 970 PRO 512 GB NVMe drives, mounted on a Zenith Extreme motherboard flashed with the latest BIOS firmware. Try this program from Mircosoft, pin it to the desktop and run just after windows has loaded, then have a look at what's being accessed (you will be surprised, runs in realtime) Then start TD2 and minimize to desktop and keep an eye on what the handles are doing.I am having issue with getting my NVMe RAID 0 array in Windows 10 install even though I am loading the driver. I'm interested that this has happened to you.
My pc spec: Win 7, Intel i7 2600k GHz), 16 GB RAM, NV GF GTX 1070, game on ssd (Samsung 850 Pro 256 GB). TD (1) is not affected by this problem, starts normally. Its look like problem between Uplay client and EAC, because Ghost Recon Wildlands act the same. Of course when i enable 'Rapid Mode', game will start.
EAC load ok, after reset i can find EAC launcher logs and they r ok, no errors. I tried fix this problem by simple things like reinstall EAC, Uplay, checked game integrity, but without success. hang my pc after some time, if i just try move mouse cursor over that splash screen hangs immediately or when i try open the rmb desktop menu, or try start windows task manager and i need reset my pc. Result? With disabled 'Rapid Mode', TD 2 wont start at all. Yesterday i tried one thing - i disabled Samsung SSD 'Rapid Mode', which normally i have enabled. I tried many things to fix it on my side, nothing helps. and performance/fps lose (not related to high hardware usage). nothing changed about frametime spikes every 1 min. i decided join to paid beta of TD 2 ) and. Month after official game release, price drop around 1/4, some patches get out. Regular / consistent frametime high spikes every 1 min.
